Daryn Kagan now on Oprah Radio

My first call of the morning today was to Daryn Kagan, the former CNN anchor whose DarynKagan.com Web site features inspirational news stories and a community of inspiration seekers. Daryn, pictured left, is excited to be part of the new Oprah Radio programming heard on Sirius XM satellite radio because Daryn’s philosophy "it’s important to be informed and inspired" meshes well with Oprah’s. 
The radio channel is a relaunch, which debuted last week, of Oprah & Friends programming but with expanded content. What Daryn supplies, inspirational news stories, is now heard hourly throughout the day wrapped around the news of the day. Daryn says that while she loves the work she does for her own Web site she’s having fun working with the radio folks. "You forget that news is a team sport," she says. If anyone knows that, it’s Daryn, who has 20 years in the news business. Her mission since she launched DarynKagan.com has been to "show the world what’s possible" and she’s certainly done that with the site.
