Fact: Betty White is awesome. At 88, the comedic actress is going strong. She even took a tackle in a touch-football game in Snickers’ recent Super Bowl commercial. Now, her diehard fans are lobbying for the comedy icon to host Saturday Night Live. Facebook users can fan the “Betty White to Host SNL (please?)!” page (with nearly 150,000 fans so far!) to petition SNL guru Lorne Michaels to book Betty STAT! No doubt she’d give the sometimes-funny-sometimes-not sketch show a much-needed injection of class, talent and hilarity. The real question is: Is Betty White too awesome for SNL?
